Skating Carnival
The Skating Carnival will be from 2:15 - 5:15pm on Sunday, March 21 at the Huntington Hills Sportsplex.
This annual event is a very entertaining gala that showcases the many talents of all of our Star Skaters. Make sure you bring your photography gear and grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.
Banquet, Awards Ceremony & AGM
The Banquet & Awards ceremony will take place from 5:30 - 8:00pm and is held in the Huntington Hills Community Association hall, which is attached to the front of the HHCA Sportsplex. An Awards Ceremony will take place during the banquet, where awards will be presented to various skaters to acknowledge their many accomplishments throughout this skating season.
Preceding the Banquet and Awards Ceremony, we will be holding the annual general meeting for the Huntington Hills Skating Club. This is a brief meeting covering Club News, Financial Status and Nomination/Election for any Vacant/New Board Positions. Parents of all participating Star Skaters are required to attend.
The tickets for the banquet are $15/adult and $7/child (a child is classified as 12 and under). Order forms for the banquet tickets will be placed in your children's club mailboxes at the HHCA arena. Volunteer Positions
The following volunteering opportunities have been have been added to the HHSC Volunteering Calendar. (https://www.mybookingcalendar.com/Huntington_Hills_Skating_Club) Please sign-up and help-out. It's a great way to earn a few skater credits!
- Handing out Ice Show programs to the audience
- Setting up the tables and chairs for the banquet
- Collecting banquet tickets from members as they enter the community hall
- Cleaning up, stacking chairs and folding tables
